Three fires have destroyed at least 700 buildings and forced about 67,000 people to evacuate around Spokane. A 37-year-old man is accused of starting the Old Trails Fire, while the causes of two other fires remain under investigation.

A Magnitude 7.3 earthquake has struck near the Mexico and Guatemala border.
